Artist Home | World | World Traditions | ANNETTE MOSS: Primavera
"Primavera" means Springtime in Spanish. It is a metaphor for the bright new peaceful age that is now dawning around the world. I love opera and the classics for their enchanting musical beauty and springtime fragrance. It's my desire to represent all nations in this CD, yet this time I mainly chose songs from countries that bear the footprints of Abraham: Christians, Jews and Muslims. The hope of the world rests on the reconciliation of these historical brothers under God, the longsuffering Parent of all people and faiths.

Annette Moss was born and raised in Schopfheim, Blackforest, Germany into a very musical family and won her first singing contest at age 7. Annette Moss has studied music, performed, and lived all around the world. She also holds a Masters degree in Religious Education. She is currently living in Los Angeles with her American husband, Bret Aaron Moss. She continues her training as a coloratura soprano. In October of 2003 Annette Moss finished recording her first CD, Primavera which she has presented in concerts and recitals including two concerts with the Mexico City Chamber Orchestra and public performances in Los Angeles.
