"Stay your ship, and listen to our lovely tones!" exclaimed the Sirens of Greek mythology. We invite you to listen to our songs - the soothing, the sad, the wistful, the lovely, the light-hearted and the joyful. We are pleased and happy to share our love of song and the beauty of two voices singing as one.
Sirens' Song combines the talents of Angelynne Hinson, soprano, and Melinda McMahon, mezzo-soprano. Both women have performed extensively as soloists throughout the Northeast. Their debut performance led the Portland Press Herald to write that Sirens' Song is "an impeccably matched duo: a brilliant, highly-textured soprano and an equally warm and luminous mezzo-soprano with ingeniously chosen repertoire." Their debut CD, Mélange, has been lauded by the Portsmouth Herald as "classic and beautiful...the voices and delivery are equally splendid. Hinson and McMahon exude joy at their craft...lovely voices and exquisite musical taste."
